The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock.

For the most part the stay was nice. Very close to the beach and just enough space for what I needed. The only complaint I had was the yard. It was very messy with broken beach chairs and leaves from the fall in June.... there was a lot of flies and maggots in the leaves.

The location of this property was great and the amenities were decent overall, the yard could use some clean up and a few issues did come up. The property manager was quick to address them and some were resolved. The beds were not very comfortable and a few more towels would be suggested. Upside the Wi-Fi was fast! It had all we needed at this price point.
