We had a very good experience staying with family . The location is perfect and the townhome is clean with all the amenities. I would recommend this for anyone visiting the area .

We’ll definitely stay there again! When we visit our kids at ECU, we’ll book a room from the hosts. The location is great, the room is nicely decorated, practical and enough towels for the stay. We had a great time in Greenville and positiv was also the Communication with our host. .

LOVED this property and this location! What I loved about it - condo location within the complex. It’s on the ground level in the corner and backs up to woods. Super private! Kitchen - had everything we needed! Beds and linens - comfy beds and sheets. Towels were a nice weight, like what I’d have at home. Communication - AMAZING! Mark was responsive within minutes! One thing to mention that I believe is out of the owners control is the WiFi. I was there to work remotely and had to use my Hot Spot bc the WiFi was spotty. Certainly not a deal breaker and it didn’t affect the TVs working perfectly. If my daughter gets into ECU, we’ll definitely be back! Thanks Mark!!
