First I’ll share the good then all share the bad.
The property is in a great location and house is located in the cul de sac. The check in and check out process was very easy. The communication with renters was amazing, very responsive and reasonable. No hidden charges. Pool and tennis courts were great!
The beach access is terrible. Everyone staying across the street is only allowed to use a very very small portion of the beach. There is a private beach on either side that you are not allowed to use at all. You have to go very early to set up and be anywhere close to the water. Secondly, the house wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms were clean but all the chairs/sofas and tables are stained and look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. I made sure to communicate all damages the day we checked in and a note was made in our rental so we wouldn’t be charged for any of it.

Comfortable beds, clean property, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Property offered easy check in/check out process.

Any issues was handled promptly. Outdoors areas need major attention. Enjoyed stayed. Would of been better if scrubs were taken care of.
