The newly built, two story luxurious Villa Althea of 235 sq.m., which can accommodate up to 9 people and promises to offer high standard holidays with the captivating, unobstructed view of the Ionian Sea, is located in one of the coastal and most cosmic areas of the island, Argasi, amidst lush greenery and a landscape of incomparable natural beauty. Its name, Althea, is an ethereal name found in Greek mythology and pastoral poetry. The meaning of Althea is with healing power . In modern times, this name is associated with Althea Gibson, the first African American tennis player to win at Wimbledon.
The villa's architectural design embraces modern luxury while respecting the exceptional beauty of the natural surroundings, combines all modern facilities and high aesthetics in perfect harmony with a stunning view from every side, overlooking the blue Ionian Sea, the city and the port of Zakynthos, thus making it an ideal place for a vacation that you will remember for a lifetime.
The entrance on the first level, takes you to a fully equipped living room and kitchen with all modern conveniences, as well as one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Large, floor to ceiling windows lead to the villa's outdoor area, which includes a pool with jacuzzi, 8 sun loungers, 2 pouf mattresses, an outdoor shower, as well as a fully equipped BBQ with outdoor dining area for enjoying the unobstructed view and serenity of the blue surroundings away from the chaos.
Internal staircase leads to the ground floor, which consists of one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and closet, two bedrooms, one of which includes two single beds, a bathroom, and floor to ceiling windows leading each to the terrace with a sitting area and captivating views of the Ionian Sea and the endless blue of the horizon.
