This newly remodeled downstairs studio is completely redone. We didn`t spare any expense to remodeled this cozy studio. Walker Zanger tile, Brizo shower. A designer kitchen with a Viking induction stove, Bosch refrigerator and Microwave/oven. Cold air conditioning and heat. New 55` OLED Sony TV. No expense was spared!!

Perfect place for MB! Excellent appliances in kitchen and the yard with furniture makes it feel expansive. Host was extraordinary and provided great “local” insights that made you feel like it was planned for months. Best value for proximity to all the greatness of MB. Can’t wait to return.

We can't say enough about how wonderful this property and owners are. The condo was the perfect home base for us for parent's weekend at my daughter's university. Brian was very responsive from our first communication on. Not only did he answer all my questions before the trip but Brian gave us the most amazing recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do and helped make our daughter's birthday a special celebration. The condo was luxuriously appointed-the kitchen was brand new as was the bathroom (which also had a beautiful custom tile floor) and the outdoor patio space was great to relax in and keep our bikes safe. It was also fantastic having a parking space for our rental car. We cannot wait to stay here again and consider this our home away from home in LA! Be on the lookout for our next booking, Brian!
