Our home is a peaceful and relaxing oasis that offers stunning views. This spacious and stylishly decorated house is the perfect retreat for families, couples, and friends seeking a quiet and rejuvenating vacation. Whether you're looking to hike, bike, or simply relax and rejuvenate, our home is the perfect choice.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful linens and soft lighting. The Pack ‘n Play is perfect for those who have little ones and want to travel light.

With plenty of natural light and tasteful decor, this home has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The open-plan living area features high ceilings, a 70" TV, and comfortable sofa and chairs, perfect for lounging in front of the fireplace on cooler evenings.

For the amount of money this home cost, I was highly disappointed. Their are numerous issues and the water pressure was really bad, the firepit and BBQ don't work. Dirty porches, dirty pool table and rugs, I do feel the hosts were very nice, but would not rent again here! I am,sorry I don't like to hurt peoples feelings but I cannot give a 5 star rating!

We had a fantastic stay! The pool table was awesome and made for hours of fun, and the hot tub was wonderful … perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The location was epic, close to everything we wanted yet still peaceful. Communication with the host was A!!!! Fast, clear, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing birthday weekend with the family, the home is perfectly located next to restaurants and downtown. Starbucks and Safeway are right up the street and only 10 minutes to grasshopper point. Great positive communication. House is spacious and everything you need to cook meals and play games. We didn’t use the hot tub but I can imagine how peaceful and relaxing it would be in the cooler months.

We absolutely loved this house! The back patio was such a relaxing and enjoyable space—we spent so much time out there. Watching TV from the hot tub was such a fun and unique experience, and soaking under the stars was truly unforgettable. The pool table was an awesome bonus and made our stay even more entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped if you stay in for meals but the location makes it easy to walk to some great restaurants. It is also close to many hiking trails. Top of the line hot tub. Professional regulation pool table with all the accesories. Jetted tub in master bath. Pack and play for our 9 month old (life saver). Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, 3 types of coffee makers. Washer and dryer. Close to the best hiking trails in the country. Lots of restaurants almost in walking distaance. We decided to travel to Sedona for a few days over spring break and found this property based on the reviews and description. The location is perfect! While you can't see the views of the amazing Sedona formations right outside the window, they're very close. There are restaurants and shops within a short walk, and the drive to hiking trails, shopping, or other restaurants is within 5-10 minutes. The communication with Phil & Ivy was very precise and timely, and the check-in process was pain-free. The house is exactly as described and was very clean. Comfortable beds, everything you need to feel comfortable, and the pool table and hot tub were nice additions after a long day of getting dirty playing outdoors. We were absolutely not disappointed and would book here again!

The location is great . Easy access to everything you need. The communication with the host was great as well. We enjoyed the pool table. We would have given it 5 stars but where we would suggest improvement, the television in the bedroom was so small we couldn’t watch tv. We had an issue with the coffee maker not sure but it took forever to brew. The carpet in the living room and master bedroom could use an update. All in all we had a good time.

The house, located on one side of town, is in a less-dense part which allows for some views. It's very clean, has a well-stocked kitchen, and the hosts were quick to respond when we had several minor issues. The furnishings are well-worn, but that is to be expected in a house that caters to families. All in all, a great stay!

This was a great property. The house had everything we needed, including a hot tub and pool table. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the fire pit or bbq working. It looks like the propane tanks may have been empty. But otherwise, the home was just as advertised. The owners were super nice and very responsive. The location is within a 15 min drive of all the great Sedona hikes!

We enjoyed our stay in this nice home in a great location. An easy drive to the busy shopping area of Sedona, while located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with almost no traffic. The kitchen had just about any kind of appliance or utensil needed for cooking. It was clean, however there were a few spiderwebs here and there and there were a few carpet stains. Comfortable beds, couches and chairs. It was fun to have a pool table. We didn't use the hot tub or the fire pit, but it was nice to have these amenities available. We had a hard time figuring out how to operate the tv in the main room - no instructions and it was not intuitive. Spacious closets with plenty of hangers. There were two really good restaurants within a couple of blocks: The Golden Goose (lunch and dinner) and The Coffee Pot (breakfast). The only hitch we had during our stay was with the front door lock, which is operated by inputting a code. It quit working one day. We contacted the owners and they had a handyman come out to fix it right away. The owners were very helpful and friendly from the time we booked our vrbo all the way through to the time we returned home. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!!!

It was a great week in Sedona. The house was perfect, felt like home and was equipped with everything we needed. Clean inside and out. And accessible to everything in town. My family and I had a great time and believe me, it was great to get out of Vegas during the heat spell we were having. Definitely want to come back in the fall or winter. And our host was the best.
