Updated and spacious 1 bed 1 bath upper apartment with large rooms and covered deck. Eat-in kitchen. Two separate entrances. Fiber Wi-Fi. Central heat and A/C. No washer/dryer hookups but there are two laundry mats within 6 blocks of the property. No dishwasher. Off street parking. No smoking. Owner is an IL and MO licensed real estate agent.
