Our country house combines traditional Tyrolean charm with modern wood construction.
If you’re looking for a break—close to nature with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains—you’ll enjoy peace, relaxation, and quality time with your family here.
The house has been lovingly furnished with a keen eye for the needs of guests of all ages.
Enjoy a wonderful and active stay in the Tannheimer Valley. Our country house is located on the outskirts of town, one of the last houses on the edge of the forest. In winter, you can head straight out onto the cross-country ski trail from here or set off on touring skis into the beautiful winter landscape. In summer, you can go on fantastic hikes or explore the surrounding area by bike. The nearest ski lift for alpine skiers is 1.2 km away. Shopping, cafés, and restaurants are located about one kilometer away in Tannheim.

Our “Sweet Home” vacation rental offers 36 square meters of living space, plenty of room for two people.It’s the ideal starting point for activities in the valley and beyond. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible without having to climb any stairs.
We are allergy-friendly, so pets and smoking are not permitted on our premises. For bookings in this category, we require a minimum stay of three nights.
The apartment features the following amenities:
Central heating in the living and sleeping areas
Thermostat-controlled radiant floor heating in the bathroom
Electric roller shutters on all windows
Open, bright living and dining area with a generously equipped kitchen featuring an oven, ceramic cooktop with range hood, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee maker, SodaStream, toaster, egg cooker, hand mixer, immersion blender, electric kettle, pots & pans, baking pans, plenty of (sharp) kitchen knives and other cooking utensils, dishes, and a variety of glasses in sufficient quantities
Sofa in the living area with satellite Smart TV, radio, and various games
Bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower and handheld showerhead, vanity and towel dryer
Bedroom equipped with 2 hypoallergenic latex mattresses (90x200) with bedding suited to the season (feather-free), a wardrobe, and a coat rack
