Yes, but you pay to "hold" a spot in the lot across the street and other people can just take your spot if you leave.

Absolutely perfect location for our mom and daughter weekend. The apartment was accessible to thing we wanted to do. Close to the concert venue, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our weekend in Charleston.
