In the winter, check out the fabulous powder at the nearby ski resorts.
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by settling on the plush sofa, curling up with a good book by the fireplace, or watching a movie on the large TV. Witness spectacular sunrises with your morning cup of coffee on the private balcony.
Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. With four bedrooms, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's sleep, especially in the bunk room that boasts four bunk beds! Kids will love making memories together in their own space.
Invigorate yourself at the start of the day with spacious and luxurious walk-in showers. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you stay here on the North side of Tahoe. Fourth bedroom features twin bunk beds.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place was great. Perfect for our multigenerational group of 10. Lots of space, four great bathrooms, very clean, great decor, and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Also the text from staff was great and very helpful with check in.

This is probably the best one can get from the square footage - 4 bdr and 4 bath, with all else you need (kitchen, living, fireplace, laundry, ski/board storage, coats area, etc.) The big downside is that the living/kitchen/dining area is small and right next to ALL the bedrooms. So everyone is affected by noise from the latest person going to bed and the earliest person to rise. If someone brings young kids, it gets super noisy early. Basically, expect less sleep and limited options for a mix of activities at the premises.Most supplies and appliances are new, the unit is well managed, there are 3 parking spaces available outside (unassigned and, apparently, not strictly enforced). Minor issues included a screeching loud fan in one of the bathroom, pathetic water flow in showers, and non-functioning fireplace. This said, it remains a decent, relatively budget, option for a group weekend at Tahoe.
