Welcome to Lexicon House! Sit back and relax in this luxurious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house in Blairgowrie. The open plan kitchen, dining and living opens up to a stunning alfresco area with built in Barbeque, and an amazing solar heated pool.
Note: Our solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Situated on a busy road, but noise not a problem.Excellent aircon, and a small, but pleasant pool, which was well maintained.A couple of minor problems which were quickly solved by the property management team.We very much enjoyed our stay.
