This is a large studio private back house with huge features: Vaulted wood ceilings, spacious granite kitchen/bar countertops, loft sleeping area with a/c, walk in closet, private patio with waterfall, private side patio, backyard garden, and unique foliage for a gorgeous tropical garden oasis. Only15-20 Min to Disneyland. Need more space? Our front house is listed as Tropical Paradise in Fullerton! They both have private areas and the gate can be unlocked to link both yards together if renting both properties.

It's a comfortable little studio with a private backyard, walking distance to downtown Fullerton and not far from anything else. The communication was quick and helpful. The place could have been cleaner - there was what looked like cat hair in the loft and elsewhere - but, on the whole a good place to stay.

Cute home with private yard. Good neighborhood close to downtown and market down the street. Location was 15 min drive to Disney and about 30min drive to LA. Home provided all our needs for our family vacation. The key lock to the home was great! Easy to use and felt safe! Recommend!
