Located in the quiet neighborhood. Your place is located in the basement of the house I live in. Clean and tidy. Private bathroom. Sleeps two plus child. No kids under 10 yrs. For additional adult guest I will charge $25 per night. Let me know how many adults are coming. Laundry is available. Shared entrance. Utilities are included. Fast internet. Working space. Kitchenette with hot plate, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine

No way to get heat. No toiletries, no TV, no lock on unit from main living area. Dusty, bathroom not cleaned shower door , mirror.
