Nestled amid the trees, this remodeled two-story home pairs a lodge-like feel with sprawling views of the mountain town's scenery. After days spent hiking nearby trails or rafting along the Truckee River, unwind on the spacious deck that boasts tree-lined views. Stretch out in the hammock with a vacation read or fire up the gas grill and host a cookout at the outdoor dining table.
In the winter months, after days on the ski slopes, cozy up in the main living area where vaulted ceilings soar and a gas fireplace sits centerstage. Two additional living areas, each equipped with a smart TV and ample seating, offer more space to kick back and relax. One of the living areas includes a wet bar where you can mix beverages and an arcade game for more indoor fun. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the modern kitchen features everything you need to prepare family-style meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the large dining table.
During your stay, you'll enjoy access to the community's recreation center which is just a short drive from home. Lounge beside the shared outdoor pool or serve up some competition on the community tennis courts.

This is a lovely house with new interiors. The large dining table could accommodate our entire family well for meals. The outside room with games and hot tub were great for the kids. The location is excellent with lovely views of the golf course and we took some good scenic walks at the golf course. A walk at sunset time was just gorgeous. The property is clean and well kept for a comfortable stay.

House is very large and great for big groups, very clean. People who need quiet can escape to different floors. Oven and TV were good. Negatives, lacking normal items such as, salt pepper, spices(assume you have to bring everything to cook food), cleaning items(counter cleaner, laundry soap, Kleenex, broom for sweeping), coffee maker and coffee, tea and extra blankets. Also, did not have house book to explain how things worked, what to do with trash etc.
