Great home in a cute town near Eagle Point. If you're budget minded, you won't find a better place to stay near the West Rim. We only stayed 1 night, but we would definitely return. The house had ample kitchen amenities and games for the family. Beds were comfortable. Star gazing was a highlight and we cooked smores on the fire pit. Thank you for a great stay!

While the house has a very humble exterior, the interior was absolutely tremendous! Beautiful mattresses, pillow pillows, and sheets. Really well equipped kitchen. For a small ranch, the house felt very spacious. Great back patio with a beautiful sunset view of the Ridgeline.Tippi was a great host!

Extremely comfortable, had everything we needed, perfect location to restaurants and Grand Canyon, lovely star gazing from the back patio and sunrises. We would rent again in a heartbeat.
