This mid-century home, modernized for 21st century living, is almost double the size of a typical mid-century home in the neighborhood at nearly 2500 sq ft! 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite full bathroom and walk-in closet. All 3 bedroom baths have walk-in showers. There is a 4th full bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Beautiful large and open communal space, both in and out-doors for lounging, dining or just enjoying the desert climate and mountain view. The clean and modern kitchen is perfect for cooking meals or fixing cocktails for your guests. A circular driveway in front has plenty of space for your cars off the street.
Pool and spa heat is optional and $95 per day, typically recommended Nov through May. Spa only heat is $45 per day. Pool heat pricing is subject to change till the day the payment request is accepted due to utility price volatility.

We have stayed in this amazing home 3 times now and we will never look for another home to rent. From the 3 master suites and comfortable beds to the gourmet kitchen with everything you would need and spacious living areas it is beyond what you would want for a vacation home. The pool and hot tub area is like your very own resort. I would highly recommend this property.

Just stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party. We had a great time, the pool and spa were so nice and we loved how well equipped the house was. We would definitely stay here again!

I would HIGHLY recommend this house. The property was like your own personal oasis. Indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The house was fully stocked with all the comforts of home and the beds were super comfortable. We will most definitely be booking this property again.

Excellent place to make the hub of your Palm Springs stay with couple friends, large family or group. Three “master bedrooms” with private en suites in each—great water pressure, pleasant toiletries. Comfortable beds, clean and comfy linens.
Well stocked kitchen with extras like small appliances, quality cookware, and helpful cooking implements.
Outdoor space was outstanding. Even though we had rainy, windy weather, we enjoyed the hot tub and swam in the pool, plus our one nice evening the fire pit was a great gathering spot to chat.
High end laundry units, plenty of hangers, and open interior space was nice for playing games and just relaxing.
The facilities are even nicer than shown in the pictures—delighted with our whole experience.
We would stay again!
