Outdoor space at home includes a private balcony with a porch swing, perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Inside, you’ll find a full, well-equipped kitchen, roomy dining area, a kitchen island with barstools, and a spacious living area, ideal for relaxing together at the end of the day. Entertainment options include free WIFi, cable, a Blu-Ray player, and four TVs, so everyone will find something entertaining. The split floor plan offers plenty of privacy for the main bedroom at the end of the night. Central AC and an in-home washer/dryer offer another layer of convenience. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
