Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 3-minute drive to Port of Grimaud or the 12-minute drive to Grimaud Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the communal pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 646-sq-ft vacation home, which also features a deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

A living room, a sofa bed, and air conditioning are featured at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an ice maker. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities.

What a great cottage. Everything was as described. The contact with Isabell and Patricia went excellently. The area is wonderfully quiet. The bakery within walking distance. the cottage was very clean and lovely decorated. would love to come back again

The house is nice and matched pictures. My main issue was the lack of some basic amenities and communication between owner and property manager. For those who don’t know this (I did not), sheets and towels are not a basic amenity provided in France. They have to be specifically listed. If they are not then you have to bring your own. The owner charged us 50 extra Euros for sheets and towels, but they weren’t there when we arrived. We had an event to attend and couldn’t wait for the property manager who wasn’t available to deliver them until 2 hours after check in time. We had to run out and buy our own sheets and towels. The owner did reimburse us immediately but blamed it on our early check in. The property manager blamed it on being told late that we needed sheets and towels despite having paid for them days in advance. They didn’t provide other usual basics like soap or paper towels. They only had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 3 night stay. It’s also in a gated community and there were no instructions for how to enter.
