The Space:

Our luxurious suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, providing the perfect getaway for friends, family, or even a romantic escape. The suite is equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen, complete with all the modern appliances and cookware you'll need to whip up a delicious meal or snack.But that's not all - the bedroom is just as impressive! With two queen-size beds, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out and get a good night's sleep. And when you wake up, take a step outside onto the balcony, where you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the Myrtle Beach coastline.

Restricted breeds are Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. ONLY DOGS are allowed. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions). No need to board your furry friend while you're away when they can tag along for the whole trip.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as all resort amenities.

Great central location within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and stores. Only short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center, Sports Center, The Boardwalk (you can even walk there if you would like) and more
Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm.
Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.
All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.
Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.

This property was great! Very easy access to get to the suite from front of the building. Mom has trouble walking long distances and it was easy for me to drop her off an a side entrance near the elevator and the suite was very close to the elevator. Very clean and beautiful view from the balcony.

Both living room and bedroom have wonderful oceanfront views. The rooms are dated. The bathroom ceiling drops white powder to the floor.Most of furniture are old and abused. Sofas are dirty. Refig has many rusted spots outside. We like the view very much, and will come back.

My mom and I stayed a week with her toy poodle. The view was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. We loved that there was no carpet in the unit. Exhaust in bathroom didn’t work but they offered to send someone for repair while we were there but we said it could wait until after we checked out. Kitchen had no,counter space but with full size appliances it was all we needed for the two of us. Would love to return for another stay. We didn’t want to leave!
