About this villa rental
"Villa Chamarel" is a magnificent architect-designed home with a pool located in the residential neighborhood of Wolmar.
It is a 150-meter walk from Wolmar Beach, just a few minutes from Flic-en-Flac, and close to the La Pirogue, Sugar Beach, Hilton, and Sofitel hotels.
With a total area of 180 m² spread over two floors, the first floor features:
- an entryway leading to a large open-concept kitchen, the dining room, and an indoor TV lounge;
- a wooden deck with another dining table, lounge chairs, and the pool (WARNING: unsecured pool)
- a large master suite (with a king-size bed) featuring an en-suite bathroom, private restroom, and walk-in closet, as well as an outdoor shower,
- a laundry room and a guest restroom.
On the first floor are two additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom:
- a large double bedroom (queen-size bed) with its own bathroom and private toilet
- a double or twin bedroom (2 single beds) with its own bathroom and private toilet.
In total, the villa has 3 large bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). They are all equipped with modern air conditioning and a quiet ceiling fan.
A travel crib and a high chair are also available.
A housekeeper, who is also an excellent cook, will be on site for 4 hours a day from Monday through Saturday (except on holidays). Her services are included in the rental price.
Finally, please note that the house shares a common wall with a neighbor, which does not affect privacy. The gardens are completely separate and secluded, and the pool is private (for the Chamarel villa only).
