About this cottage rental
Nestled with the wild horses this newly constructed cottage is perfect for newlyweds, empty nesters, romantics or small families. Located in Swan Beach, directly across the street from the federal wild life preserve and the closest community to the black top, gives quick access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Linens and towels are NOT provided.
House is accessible by 4WD vehicles only. Vehicles MUST have a county-issued Beach Parking Permit properly displayed to park on the beach from the last Saturday of April through the first Saturday in October. ONE beach parking permit available for a $100.00 refundable deposit when pass is returned.
If you need a little extra room please check out our other VRBO listing # 3108216, "Mellow For Shore". These two homes are next door to each other and would be great for a family gathering.
***Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced between Memorial Day and Labor Day. We are willing to give options but no refund will be issued***
**You are choosing to rent a house in a wooded setting. Remember, there are bugs of all kinds and then some. We will not entertain complaints of mosquitos, spiders, snakes....etc. We have midges, they are attracted to light. To keep them out of the house keep outside lights off when not in use. They are harmless. They do not bite or sting. If they get in the house please DO NOT SWAT at them and leave black streaks on the ceiling. Just leave them alone. In most cases they will be dead by morning. We do treat the house on a regular basis. If you see a dead bug that means our pest control is working. **

Clean, beautiful little house with lots of wildlife to see including the wild horses. The property managers are excellent with their communication and checking in and out was a breeze.

Perfect spot, cleanest house I’ve ever stayed at in the last 16 years. The check-in was flawless, and the kitchen was perfect for us.

Perfect location in the 4x4 area. Quiet evenings. My wife was ecstatic over the property cleanliness. Easy beach access. Horses walked through the yard. Our host was a terrific communicator and quick to answer any questions prior to our stay. One of the top rentals we have stayed in.
