We loved our stay here! Would definitely come back! The host was very communicative and timely in responses. The place was immaculate. Close to all the parks and attractions. Perfect for our family with plenty of bedrooms and personal bathrooms. 10/10!

This house was AWESOME! Tons of beds and bathrooms to accommodate each family, especially having 4 kids with us. Every guest felt comfortable on their beds and the high quality bedding was a bonus. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient especially with the kids constantly changing out of their wet suits. Not much kitchen supplies to use, but what we were missing was very rapidly brought over by Mike, the host, who was also amazing. He answered all questions we had immediately and was super fast to help us get anything resolved. Cons of the house - if there is anything to even complain about, I would say the kitchen supplies were on the low side, and they definitely need to replace some of the pans. The teflon is scratched up. And there were no cleaning supplies (windex, lysol, sponges etc so bring your own if you like to clean) 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely be going back. we stayed from Feb 21st - Feb 28th 2026.

Spacious, clean villa. Safe gated community, nice outside space. Disney parks drive with no traffic 23-25 minutes, an hour with traffic I wish we had more pots and pans, the rest of the kitchen utensils and dishes were sufficient for 12 people

Upon our arrival at the residence, we immediately noticed a strong unpleasant smell that permeated the entire house, even reaching the upper floor. This odor seemed to be exacerbated by the fact that the air conditioning was set to a 72 degrees despite the sweltering 98-degree summer weather. Furthermore, we encountered discarded food in the trash bin by the front door, which attracted maggots that made their way into the house. Additionally, we discovered deceased cockroaches in the bathroom. The property manager seemed to have overlooked the cleanliness of the home, as evidenced by shrimp residue in the dishwasher. I had to specifically request a thorough cleaning, which ideally should have been proactively offered. I was disappointed by the lack of any gesture of guest recovery or compensation.
