The house was spacious and came with more than expected. There was a highchair and stroller available in home. The guest contact was extremely informative and answered always in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again.

The property is in a great location, very well run by the management company. Easy check in process and easy to access with plenty of parking for the house size. 4 stars because the home itself could use some freshening up. Because it’s a vacation home, I imagine it sees hundreds of guests per year. Walls were dirty and had holes in them from removed tv mounts. The garage ping pong paddles were too damaged to play properly with, foosball table rods were bent from overuse. It’s a great place and Still great for the low price. But with a Little bit of extra sprucing up it could be outstanding!

Upon our arrival at the residence, we immediately noticed a strong unpleasant smell that permeated the entire house, even reaching the upper floor. This odor seemed to be exacerbated by the fact that the air conditioning was set to a 72 degrees despite the sweltering 98-degree summer weather. Furthermore, we encountered discarded food in the trash bin by the front door, which attracted maggots that made their way into the house. Additionally, we discovered deceased cockroaches in the bathroom. The property manager seemed to have overlooked the cleanliness of the home, as evidenced by shrimp residue in the dishwasher. I had to specifically request a thorough cleaning, which ideally should have been proactively offered. I was disappointed by the lack of any gesture of guest recovery or compensation.
