Updated historic triplex in a quiet residential neighborhood walking distance from beautiful parks, shops, restaurants and entertainment in Bishop Arts District! Dallas Streetcar station just a 5 minute walk. The line ends at the Dallas Convention Center.

You will enter the secure gated property and through the front door marked with a gold circle M at the front of the house. At the top of the stairs, you'll find the door marked "Godwit" on the right. You have arrived!

The area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar.

You will have access to the grounds around the triplex including the gated parking lot , front yard, and outdoor table. The front porch, however, is reserved for guests of The Santiago as there are bedrooms near the sitting area. As a charming older home, the building has its natural sounds — which is exactly why we've stocked every room with sound machines and earplugs, so your whole family sleeps soundly no matter what.

Please note there is only room for you to park up to ONE CAR in the gated parking lot.

They did a great job on the remodel in a historic home. The home looked just like the pictures posted.The home owner was very pleasant, responsive, and detailed in all messaging before and after our arrival. Check in was smooth. We felt safe in the neighborhood and very safe inside the home. The home was super clean and had everything you can think of. The home was smart too, which made it feel like home. The beds were comfortable as well. Restaurants, convenient stores, drug stores were a short distance or just minutes away. The only thing that threw me off while sleeping the first night was the flood light (BTW - great lighting over the parking lot) outside the bedroom window. Just make sure the blackout curtains cover the entire window. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as advertised, very comfortable, lots of room, great king bed, awesome shower, I would recommend although there were a few concerns. The pedestrian gate has a code box that did not work into or out of the unit, it needs to be replaced. The bedroom is surrounded by windows, so if you like dark rooms to sleep in, this place probably isn’t for you, although there are opaque blinds to keep a lot of the ambient lighting out. It’s right by a streetcar that will take you to union station, downtown for $1, super. All in all, very nice, Marisol was very kind and responsive, she made it all worth while, thanks
