About this house rental
Chad’s Place is along Rt. 220 and approximately 2/10ths a mile from the entrance of Smoke Hole Canyon where you may enjoy hiking, hunting, and fishing the South Branch River! Chad’s Place is a spacious 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Chad’s place has a furnished front porch and back patio where you can enjoy the spacious yard area for family fun activities such as corn hole, grilling, or relaxing by the fire pit! Fire wood is available for purchase on site for $5.00. We do allow pets for an extra charge of $50 per stay.
We also have an extra cot and air mattress in the master bathroom closet if you would like to use those also.

House was very clean with everything needed for the stay, even has a set of corn hole boards on patio. Very easy check in and check out. Host is very quick to reply with answers to all questions. This was a very nice find and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and right next to Smoke hole canyon. Only 3 small steps on the main bedroom floor to the kitchen and 2nd living room and bedroom for those who don’t navigate them well . 2 Additional bedrooms are upstairs and would stay again

The accommodations were fantastic. Good directions, clean, very spacious. I made the reservation for me, my daughter, her husband, and their 4 children. The home was perfect. Because of the size of my daughter's family, they always stay at a B&B when traveling. My daughter said, "This is the nicest place we have ever stayed! Dad, I am going to let you make all our future reservations!"
