This is a low rise, 7-story complex which offers a gulf front pool, shuffleboard courts, a BBQ grilling area, an exercise room, and coin laundry on each floor. With a private boardwalk and walkway, visitors have easy access to the sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Paradise is just footsteps away from your room. The beachfront pool offers a place that the entire family can splash around and have a great time. Use the charcoal grills to cook seafood from the local charter boats or grill your favorite meal. Bring your camera as you will want to cherish these memories for a lifetime. If you are one who likes to never miss a workout, visit the fitness facility. This property is away from the busy highway, but within walking distance to grocery stores including Target, entertainment, and excellent restaurants. Publix is also a short distance away. Our unit is on the 7th (top) floor and the complex has two elevators. You could have delicious meals without ever leaving the island. Restaurants such as Louisiana Lagniappe, The Local Market, The Sand Flea, Bric a Brac, Capriccio Cafe, and La Paz are less than 1 mile away with minimal traffic. The newly opened in April 2026 Norriego Point Park is less than 1.5 miles from the condo.

This unit is on the top floor of the building providing gorgeous unobstructed views. The entire floor space is outfitted with ceramic tile. The living area is great for entertainment with a new 50 inch smart TV (bring your passwords) and comfortable seating including a sofa. The beachfront balcony is the perfect place to settle in and experience the fantastic sunrises and sunsets of the Emerald Coast. Dolphins frequent the area so keep your eyes peeled! The dining area provides plenty of space for all to enjoy memorable meals together. The fully equipped kitchen is ready should you decide to whip up your own special creations and family recipes. The bright master bedroom provides incredible beach views and is perfectly positioned for being lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. The stay was great! Incredible beach view and could see dolphins multiple times during our few days there. The beach was just a skip away! The floors were a little dirty, our one year olds knees where black from crawling around. Communication was great and host was super helpful. Would stay here again!

The condo was very clean, and looked exactly how it was advertised. The view of the beach from the unit was stunning! Having the chair/umbrella set up made our trip to the beach a lot easier. I would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was great!The beach was beautiful. The water was a little cold but we still enjoyed it. Plan to return next year!
