Host was prompt on responses to questions/concernsAsk about how TV channels are accessed. We had no way to access local TV channels (abc, nbc, cbs) unless we owned various accounts (netflix, hulu, etc - and we didn't) that we could log intoCertain information should be provided as property rental or check-in info: if linens are provided, what are trash pickup days; is there recycling Ask about the status of dishware, pans, and utensils. We found stains and food stuck to some pans, and some carving knives and silverware had rust. Manual can opener barely cut at all and only after a long struggle.

Wow! Melissa was great with getting back to me about the questions I had. We had a hurricane coming up. I was worried, I didn’t want it to be a total washout or unsafe She got back with me right away and was willing to even change the dates she was great. We were scheduled for two weeks. She let me change the second week to next year. She was great. I wish all the owners were as accommodating as her.

The home was clean and very close to public beach access. The host was attentive. Beds were comfy and we felt right at home. We loved our stay here and would most definitely come back.
