Welcome to Settler's Crossing 17, a charming 2-bedroom/1-bathroom corner condo perched at the top of the complex, perfect for making memories on your Sun Peaks Resort vacation.
This delightful home is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a bright and warm atmosphere throughout the day. The living room is the heart of the condo, featuring large windows that offer a stunning view of Mt. Morrisey. Get extra cozy in front of the fireplace while watching a movie or simply soaking in the beautiful scenery.
You can seat 5 at the dining table, and another 4 at the kitchen bar, making the ideal spot for entertaining your extended guests.
The bathroom has two entrances, one from the kitchen/dining open concept area, and one from the master bedroom so it functions as both an ensuite as well as your main bathroom.
For your convenience, Settler's Crossing 17 includes in-suite laundry facilities to keep your gear fresh all holiday long, and dedicated EV Charging for electric vehicles!
Step outside from the living room to access your private balcony, where a relaxing hot tub awaits. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure, surrounded by the serene mountain landscape.

This property has 1 underground parking space available (clearance of 7'6" or 2.29m).
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
