Close to so much. Food trucks and live music a block away. Lost Draw , wine tasting, so close as was an HEB. We really weren’t there much as so much to work in for Memorial Day weekend. Beds were comfortable and they had HDMI cable so we hooked up computer and watched basketball playoff.

What a great house! It was a very quiet home and neighborhood but located very close (1-1.5 miles) to downtown Fredericksburg!
