This property met my expectations: Single person looking for a good value in the Pagosa Springs area for an off-season visit. Good location to explore both the mountain trails and springs. Convenient to some good local restaurants and Walmart.
I was given a two bedroom unit, although I only needed a single unit. Plenty of space, three beds including the pull out couch. Washer/dryer inside the unit was a plus. Good set of cooking utensils, good basic supplies for both personal care and cleaning. This was a third floor unit without an elevator, no problem for me, but could be an issue for some. You may want to ask the staff before you check in. The check in staff did not note this fact, again no issue for me.
Quiet location near the lake was nice. Access to the community recreation center was a good benefit (pool/spa/gym/etc.)
A couple of minor hiccups including the internet going out for 30 minutes several times.
Overall a very nice stay.
