Whether after a day at the beach or a bike ride—you can relax to your heart’s content in the cozy living room with a comfortable sofa area, TV (28 inches), and radio.
The easy-to-fold-out fold-down bed offers a comfortable place to sleep (180 x 200 cm). Duvets and pillows are filled with a blend of synthetic material and feathers.
For convenient self-catering during your vacation on Borkum, the “Lütje Park” vacation rental features a small separate kitchen—including a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, and microwave. You can enjoy meals together at the dining area.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation rental.

If you’d like to have mail sent to you during your vacation (newspapers, magazines, etc.), please provide the apartment’s mailing address: Franz-Habich-Str. 20.
The floors in the living room and bedrooms are carpeted. A hair dryer in the bathroom is provided as part of the standard furnishings. A vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack are also provided. The house has two high chairs and two cribs. There are two private parking spaces available for the entire house. Bicycles can be parked in a designated area. Please understand that pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property.
