About this house rental
The Jocassee Tiny House is nestled on 13 acres of land near beautiful Lake Jocassee. On the property, you will find a little creek and an orchard of very young fruit trees (apples, pears, and peaches). Additionally, you might find blueberries, blackberries, and muscadines. Enjoy your coffee on the porch with the first sunbeams of the day. There’s a fire pit for bbq and s’mores. On a clear night, you can't beat the view of the stars in the night sky. You may even catch a glimpse of wildlife.
There is a wildlife camera on the property when entering the driveway and a security camera on the front porch overlooking the patio and/or front porch. If you feel uncomfortable with the security camera you're welcome to unplug it, but you need to plug it back in before leaving the property.

Loved this peaceful home so much! We enjoyed walking to the lake. I was impressed the tiny house accommodated so many people (4 grown ups 2 teens 2 young kiddos) so well!

Girls weekend! We had a blast! Kayaked at the park. It’s close enough to walk, but too hilly. It would be an intense walk. We drove to the park and rented kayaks. It ended up being a beautiful day. We will be back!

Nice property in the woods and very close to Devils Fork State Park. House was clean and had all that was needed for a perfect getaway to Lake Jocassee. Tiny House was exactly as described. Bringing a boat on a trailer was a challenge to turn around but doable. Best to have a all wheel or 4 wheel drive for gravel driveway for trailering boat. Host was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns quicky. Would stay here again.
