Hosts are very responsive. Unit was clean. Bed was comfortable, neighbors were quiet, great location. Ten minute walk to the Heritage Market and the "Loop", a paved bicycle & walking path. Fifteen minute walk to a variety of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

I to find a place for an extended stay for work and this condo was perfect! No loud neighbors, washer and dryer in the unit, great shower and amenities! The pool was beautiful and very clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is coming to Tucson for a short or long stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed a month. Hosts were great: responsive and helpful. Kitchen well-equipped. Lots of light. Good location for walks to Trader Joe or nearby restaurants. Faced Rillito horse track so we could watch weekend races if we wished. Central location convenient for exploring Tucson and hiking trails, parks, etc. Neighbors friendly. Safe, secure. We’ll consider staying there again.

Had trouble checking in but I think the property manager now knows the issues and has probably resolved them. Beautiful place. Nice pool. Perfect in every way except one. The issue is the Rillito Race Track, which this condo looks out upon. I was there for a week. Over the weekend, the Rillito Race Track was the site of the Celtic Festival. From Friday to Sunday, amplified bagpipes played non-stop. And simultaneous with the bagpipes the main stage featured extremely loud Scottish bands playing a kind of energetic Scottish country western music. The cacophony of oppressive. Luckily I had brought a Bluetooth speaker and I was able to play ocean sounds to try to drown out the assault to my ears from the race track. Before posting this review I tried to find a calendar of events for the Rillito Park Race Track so others might avoid what I went through. Unfortunately, the race track website does not post events that are not race related. Not sure how to find out ahead of time what is happening at the race track. Sorry. But I highly recommend you find out what events are scheduled at the race track before booking a weekend stay. When I left on Wednesday, I noticed they were again setting up tents on the race track and hoped that, for the sake of the next renters, that it was nothing like I experienced. Again, this is not something the hosts can control. I highly recommend the property if you can determine ahead of time what event is happening at the race track
