Situated on a private 3/4 acre gated lot, just minutes from Rodeo Drive and the Sunset strip, this 6,000 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 5.5 bath, contemporary update of a classic Trousdale Estates villa has everything you want for your active So. Cal lifestyle.
Amenities include a lighted tennis and basketball court, fully-equipped gym, spacious, well-appointed, yard with a large pool, spa fire features and outdoor gas grill and al fresco dining.
Recently renovated, and newly furnished throughout, the Loma Vista Villa, has a gated driveway leading to a spacious motor court and front entrance flanked by water features.
The entry foyer opens to the home's main social rooms including a spacious, sun-drenched, living room with french doors leading out to a garden and ping pong table.
The large family room features custom cabinetry, a large stone fireplace, wet bar, 1,500 bottle wine cellar, and a billiards table.The home theater in the family room is an audiophile's dream and features a 10 foot screen and an incredible sound system. To play along with the music, the room has a variety of conga drums, percussion and other musical equipment.
The dining room comfortably seats 10, with a glass table that features custom designed and painted pedestals and a large abstract painting by the same artist.
The large custom, blue glass, center island, kitchen is fully equipped for large scale entertaining. It includes double Thermador ovens, microwave, two large refrigerators, a 6 burner, Thermador stove-top, ample Cesarstone countertops for food preparation and slate flooring.

House was spacious and suited our needs. Our family had a wonderful time gathering here. House was clean and we were very comfortable. Owner was very nice and came by at check in to make sure we knew how to operate things and also had new pool sticks delivered the next day to the home. Thank you!

Christine is an excellent communicator and did a great job, although it seems there’s a disconnect between her and the property owner.Two separate occasions people showed up to use the tennis court, one time when we were out and another while we were there. An example of the owner / property manager disconnect. Early one morning two women were walking the property, taking photos by bedroom windows etc claiming they were architects. We were not told of their appointment. The exterior is messy needs a really good clean. I ended up sweeping the tennis courts so we could use them. Lots of cobwebs and bird poop. The day we were leaving the cleaning people showed up at 10:30. Departure time is 11am.There was a shower blockage in one of the bathrooms and it got seen to the next morning, but not fully fixed until the day after that. Wifi did not work well in bedrooms nearest the driveway. The kitchen has two coffee mugs and two cereal bowls (we are a party of 8) and lots of random equipment that does not work. The coffee machine does work, however. It’s a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay, I would recommend confirming with Christine that absolutely no one will be coming to the property to use the tennis courts or to take photos for the duration of your trip. Oh and that the exterior will be clean before you get there.
