Streaming Tv's in every room and king beds in every bedroom make watching a movie together fun and easy. The home also offers a foosball table, Sonos sound system, board games, equipped kitchen, spacious private yard with 6 person hot tub, ample parking, and a BBQ grill.

My sisters and I stayed at this lovely home for our visit to the Balloon Fiesta. It was just a short drive to the park and very convenient. In addition, we were able to see many of the balloons from the front yard. The house is conveniently located in Albuquerque and close to a grocery store, gas, and coffee. The house was missing a few essentials (hot pads, a broom and pan, etc) which would have made cooking and cleaning up a little bit easier. A code for the garage would be helpful to allow parking in the garage since a remote is not provided (people, stop stealing the remotes!). The house is well designed and comfortable, with both indoor and outdoor games to keep everyone entertained and ample room for the whole family. I would definitely stay at this location again and Bennie was very helpful with any issues that came up during our stay.

We had a great time, and the place was perfect for our group. Close enough to everything we needed, but tucked in a cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved being able to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day! Definitely recommend for groups with or without kids… it’s a flexible space for all!

Everything went great! Beautiful home. 6 adults all slept comfortably and enjoyed the stay! Loved the easy access to local food and entertainment. We visited for the NM Wine Festival at the Baloon Fiesta Park and found the location quick and easy. Made it the the parking lot in 8mins! Definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bennie’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Bennie was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.
The space was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The location was perfect, we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.
Overall, our experience was amazing. Definitely would stay there again.
