Dock details: There is a dock slip for guest use, to locate you will walk out directly in front of the cabin lakefront, turn left on walking path in front of the lake, as you are looking at the lake you will see the gas pumps, the dock is the furthest right dock at the gas pumps looking at the lake.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The cottage was just like the pictures, remodeled, cute decor and very clean inside. There were plenty of fresh towels and the kitchen was well stocked with all you would need for dishes and cooking items. There is a lake view, but you are not directly on the water. There are steeper steps down to a private dock if you want to bring a boat. We didn’t mind the steps, but those physically challenged might have a harder time getting to the dock. Little St. Germain is a beautiful lake! We did lots of fishing and had luck catching northern, walleye, bluegill and bass. So many eagles and loons- lots of deer and other wildlife on the property. The house was comfortable for our family of 4 and we would enjoy staying here again.

The inside is great, location is great. Beds are pretty firm, but doable. The outside, porch and entry way looked like it hadn’t been swept in years. I had to clean the doorway before we could walk through because dozens of spiders were falling on our heads from the doorframe. Nasty.
