Start the day with a dip in your backyard pool, then grab some coffee and dry off in the sun, or relax in the shade on the covered patio. The fully enclosed yard is perfect for kids and the family dog, who are welcome at this dog-friendly home. Inside, you’ll find modern, updated decor and an open layout. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s plenty of room for everyone at the breakfast bar or dining room table.
After a day of exploring, relax at home in the central air-conditioning with a little TV, a friendly game of foosball, or a board game. Step out to a local restaurant or keep it simple with a family barbecue on the gas grill. Rest easy at the end of the night in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms - another day of desert adventure awaits tomorrow.

Security camera details: 3 cameras: Front door, garage, and pool (covered during guest stays)
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We visited Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas tournament. This was an ideal location! Close enough to make getting to the tournament easy and yet just far enough away to be outside the traffic jams and crowds.
The place itself was great. Perfectly cleaned. Nicely designed. Although we did not use the BBQ I checked it out -- immaculately clean and stocked with two (2!) back-up propane tanks. We never did figure out how to get the TV to work but honestly did not try that hard and we overlooked the prominently displayed "home guide" that provided directions.

We had a great time during our 4 night stay. The property is in a beautiful new, quiet neighborhood with lakes and sidewalks, and we went for a daily stroll. It is conveniently located near the south entrance of Joshua Tree National
Park as well as a number of great hiking trails. The home was very clean and stocked, and the property management company communicated well by proactively sending texts regarding our satisfaction in arrival, etc. We would definitely consider staying again.
