We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Unlimited. The staff was outstanding - friendly, helpful, attentive to every issue. We had read some less than complimentary reviews but had no issues whatsoever. The room was spacious, super clean, king bed was comfortable, there were lots of comfy pillows. The free breakfast was better than expected - made to order, a nice portion, good choices, tasty. One thing: don't expect a shiny glass tower - this place is rustic beach vibe, thatch roof, concrete floors. It is very well maintained. Security is tight, they will park and guard your car. We plan to return in the future.

I stay all over Tulum, but Coco has a piece of my heart. It’s right in the middle of the beach which is nice you can walk forever on the sand and reach multiple beach front properties. It’s very clean, the rooms are kinda insane for the price, like I had an our door private hot tub and I didn’t even know it came with the room. The restaurant has phenomenal food and the staff is so lovely. Also, it’s rather quiet and I sleep like a baby here.

We loved the chill vibes at this hotel on the beach. It sits at the edge of the party district, which is perfect for peace and quiet or a quick stroll for a night out dancing.
The staff were so friendly and lovely. Clean rooms. The bed could be comfier. Q

This hotel was absolutely amazing.
Ms.Betry at the front desk was so nice and sweet, she greeted us everyday she seen us and was so helpful in helping us find taxis at a add decent price.
Or room was absolutely great and the view was even better! It was clean and cozy for us 2. We did opt out of housekeeping but we cleaned it ourselves daily.
The daily included breakfast was great and the staff was great also!
I would recommend this property over and over.. the location was great to be able to walk everywhere on the beach and on the strip street.
