Oceanfront Luxury: 2 Bedroom Suite with Resort Amenities

This suite is part of the Garza Blanca hotel. The hotel is new and nice, so is the suite and housekeeping. The suite given to you will be on the lower floor facing the backside of the building Excellent place for family and adults The check-in process was slow and seemed unorganized Because this is part of time share, the location of the suite is on the lower floor and not facing the ocean, it is close to their main kitchen exhaust and this it was impossible for us to sit outside in the balcony Other than that this hotel is good to stay

The Garza Blanca Resort is a wonderful property. Very clean, friendly staff and great food and drinks. Our only disappointment was the 2 bedroom suite we paid for was advertised as Ocean views. When we checked in we were told this suite was not available. Our view from our suite was a view of 7 large white propane tanks and other hotel equipment. We were mislead on the room we paid for and believe because we went through outside vendor VRBO to reserve the suite and not the hotel directly we were given one of the less favorable suites. When we contacted our property manager his only suggestion was speak with the front desk and did not acknowledge the suite we paid for was not the room we were booked in.
