The wraparound rooftop terrace, complete with patio furniture and a beach chair, is accessible from every room on the upper floor. In the light-filled, spacious living room, you’ll find a comfortable seating area, a large flat-screen TV set up as a home theater with a Dolby Surround system, and plenty of games.

Even if you don’t want to go without internet access on your vacation using your own computer, you’ll be in good hands in this apartment. Use of a DSL connection with Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.

The high-quality open-concept kitchen, featuring a spacious dining table that seats up to 4 people and a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and more.

The guest room is furnished with a sleeper sofa. In the children’s room, you’ll find a comfortable bunk bed for the little ones. A travel crib is available here free of charge for young guests.

The bedroom on the lower floor features a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and ample storage space. A second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is accessible directly from the bedroom. You can also step out onto your own small balcony from here.

The apartment features a bathroom with a tub and a separate shower room with a washing machine. All rooms have their own separate entrances. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors create a light-filled vacation atmosphere. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation.

A parking space in the enclosed courtyard is included in the price; bicycles and surfing gear can be stored and locked in a separate bike shed.

Here you can enjoy the ocean any time of year—less than 80 meters from the beach and right on the edge of the Nienhäger coastal forest, an extraordinary architect-designed house with several apartments and a private lot was built in 2011.

All apartments were designed to be bright and flooded with natural light.

A spacious parking space for your car and lockable bicycle garages are located on the enclosed property. Here, you can also securely store your beach gear, such as surfboards, etc.
