Before arriving the host gave us the door code. When first walking in the home has a weird smell but was manageable. We got air freshner to help with that. Seemed like it was just the smell in the air.
Two bedrooms downstairs 3 upstairs. The rooms were spacious all with one bed except one room had 2 twin beds(no tv room). All bedrooms had a tv except one room. In one room the tv did not work & the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The bathroom in the master bathroom was massive with a huge spa bathtub & a nice glass shower next to that with a huge walk in closet.
The living room was spacious with a television that had a roku I believe. Someone was signed into that so we were able to use that for our stay. The couch and & love seat were comfortable. We connected to the wifi and that was good. The kitchen was nice with a dishwasher & 2 dishwashing cleaning tablets were left for us to use. There were dishes and cooking utensils and a toaster there. There was a dining area with a huge table where we could all sit down and eat together. Through the garage and upstairs is the room with the pool table. It was nice but had a musty smell we tried to ignore. Everyone really liked this room hanging out and playing pool together. The room had some type of leak where the carpet was wet the last couple days maybe from the air conditioner. The swimming pool was a nice little area we enjoyed. No gas service but not needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Good overall stay.

The house was very nice. It had a lot of space for our family. Pool was nice but not heated like advertised. Kids still able to get some use out of it. Beds were very comfortable. Close to great bars and restaurants as well as grocery stores. Homeowners were easy to work with and very nice.
Downside was the kitchen wasn't stocked with cooking needs (mixing bowls, etc), outside patio furniture was just chairs. Very limited on towels. Wished the pool table room had seating/sofa for the kids to stay up there.
Overall we liked the house and the location.
