Blue River Flats Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that’s perfect for groups of up to six; it’s also a great choice for two couples to share. The interior finishes are first rate! The living area features comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a smart TV; there’s also a private balcony for taking in the mountain views. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table and two more at the counter.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and reserved parking for two vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Everything was great. Not having AC was kinda brutal only because leaving the windows up gets noisy with it being right off the main road. However, I’m happy with our stay and the price

This condo is fantastic - new and very nice accommodations, really enjoyed the kitchen, watching TV in the living room and the proximity in Silverthorne to all the happenings in the area. It's also so nicely and perfectly decorated, really loved the personal touch and homey feel!

Very nice, space good, great appliances, abundant Kitchen gear. Easy access, close to everything. Too close to the highway, fairly loud, used earplugs at night.Would still stay again, maybe one of the units facing the river
