About this house rental

This clean and cozy three-bedroom and two-bath house has new flooring. Not much extravagance here - just a clean place with new beds, mattresses and linens to get a good night's rest while staying in Lubbock. We do the cleaning most of the time ourselves. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles, and street parking is also available. Plenty of front yard and back yard space for family activities. Also a covered patio to get out of the hot sun. Please be aware that, due to the Lubbock's 9% County & City Hotel Occupancy Tax not billed when instantly booking, this HOT tax is billed separately. Feel free to send an inquiry if any questions. This place is amazing! Very clean and roomy. Easy check-in. Nice backyard with covered patio and privacy fence. Very quiet neighborhood and felt safe there. The kitchen had the basics… silverware, dishes, knives, spices, coffee pot, keurig, toaster, and some cookware. But the BEST part was the hosts. They were so helpful and accommodating. Great communication and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
