When it's time to head out, Gulf Islands National Seashore is just to the east, and the shops and restaurants of Pensacola Beach are just to the west. Explore on foot or by bike via the Pensacola Beach Trail, just outside your door.

At home, the view from the balcony carries on inside thanks to the floor-to-ceiling French doors and windows onto the balcony. The open layout combines the comfortable living space, dining area, and full, well-equipped kitchen. Several desks offer quiet nooks if you've got any lingering remote work. Relax in the central AC while you watch TV in the evening or use the free WiFi to upload the day's pics to social media. Each bedroom features direct balcony access and an en suite bathroom. **PLEASE NOTE: During the timeframe of June 7, 2025 through June 14, 2025 there will be The 2nd Baptist Students Church Group staying at the resort. This is a large group that has come for many years.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
