Casa Vilù is a basic but cozy apartment, the ideal holiday home for a short holiday in the old town centre of Oria. It accommodates up to 7 guests and it`s on two floors.
Casa Vilù is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv, microwave oven, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed.

Casa Vilù is in the old town centre of Oria and it`s an ancient house renovated into a cozy holiday home.
It opens into a living room with air conditioning and 3 reclining armchairs, dining area and tv. A small staircase leads to the lovely but well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 full bathroom.
On the lower floor, excavated in ancient rock and reachable by stairs decorated with lovely flowers, there is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and tv.

Vilù is in Oria, one of the most suggestive old town centres in Puglia,
where times seems to have stopped and the old town centre is a worth
discovering treasure chest. The closest beach are on the Ionian coast,
in the area of Taranto.
The beaches of Campomarino, such as Torre Borraco and San Pietro in Bevagna, are a short drive away, 20 kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in living room.
- There are three single sofa beds.
