Not impressed with the pool and hot tub. We thought it was included in the price. Come to find out i will be billed later for the act cost. Beware using Vrbo

Good property and comfortable stay. The pool was great and, going in August, we didn’t need to heat it … the water temperature was perfect. Host Jenny is very responsive and attentive. If we needed anything or had questions she responded right away. It was close to everything we wanted (Disney, Huntington Beach, LA etc). The area itself was quiet but pleasant. If you went north east though the area started to get a little less desirable. It would be helpful for the host to list walkable/run-able areas because, as tourists, some areas seemed unsafe. We figured it out and had several enjoyable runs in the area. I missed the part in the listing about there being a tenant in an attached apartment. It threw me off at first and I was disappointed that for the price I was paying there was another renter, however, it was a total non-issue. The backyard is completely for the VRBO renter and I never saw the other tenant so he/she was very respectful of the rules of the tenancy. Thank you Jenny. You have created a great rental space.

I really like this home and I would stay here again. I liked the multiple beadrooms, 3. I liked the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was wonderful as well. That being said, a couple of things that bugged me: if you show you have a pool, guess why the renter picked your place, the pool. 50 bucks to heat the pool everyday, standard yes, but put it in the description (heating the hot tub/pool is 50 a day). The blinds in the kitchen on the way to the pool are broken, super annoying that they fall down everytime you walk by. The upstairs shower looks beautiful, it has small stons for a floor, they hurt. So painful to stand on. The loft bed on the second floor is NOT a bed. It is hard and would be a good option for those 5 and younger. Anyone else is going to have trouble sleeping there. It is un even and it is hard. Overall great home, just a couple of things people should know going in.

This property is amazing for families especially if going to Disney. It was 10 minutes away during peak traffic times. Neighborhood is very nice with a park at the end of the street and close to a ton of restaurants. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated all the subtle and not so subtle Disney tributes. Highly recommend.

We arrived and the house was even better in person. Our contact greeted us and was so kind and efficient with anything we needed help with. Great location was just minutes away from all stores, beach and Disneyland. We had a blast and would definitely recommend this stay. The pool area is gated and safe, very nice backyard area to sit and entertain! The Beards

Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy drive to access to area malls and restaurants. Hostess was extremely attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area — extremely clean.

Photos accurately reflect the home. We were surprised with the Christmas decor and immediately felt at home. The pool was great and my 4 yr old grandson was able to burn off lots of energy. After three full days of Disney attractions it was great to return to peace and quiet. Read the listing as it states it is for 9 nine people and somehow I missed the $50 for and extra person over 4. Our party was 2 parents, a 4 yr old and 2 grandparents.

Great location, pool and jacuzzi were wonderful for the kiddos. Beautiful house. Kitchen has no dishwasher and was rather sparse on utensils, plates and glasses so with 4 kids we spent a lot of time doing the dishes every day.

Would def rebook this property. The house undersold its self and fit us all comfortable along with a warm home like feel. The pool was a perfect distraction for the teenagers.
