The room was beautiful and clean! The ocean view was fantastic. It was a little disappointing that it was not disclosed that 2 of the restaurants are close to renovations.

Had the most amazing time here in April 2026, stayed in the Royal Tower and I 100% recommend. The staff were amazing ( Shout out to our bottler Alejandro!). The food was great, beach was beautiful and the room was perfect!

The facilities were cleaned and had a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very yummy.

Resort was amazing! It was my first all-inclusive experience and I highly recommend it. The staff was incredible, always bringing drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! There was some construction near the adult pool, but it didn’t take away from an amazing stay.
