Living room features a leather sofa and loveseat set, 55 inch tv. Small dining area. Stylish full bathroom. Wifi available, no cable. Kitchen features electric portable dual cook top, microwave, toaster oven, no stove. A/C and heat unit. Washer/dryer. Windows for fresh air and sunlight.

No smoking or vaping allowed inside.
No pets allowed.
Space is suitable for kids but will need to get child proofed before check in.
Children under age 16 yrs old cannot be left unattended and unsupervised inside and outside of the property.
Trash is separated and recycled.
Trash should get thrown out often, using the small recepticle under the sink.
DO NOT move furniture around for safety reasons.
DO NOT disconnect or remove smoke detector and carbon dioxide detector.
Backyard use of the electrical grill and firepit is available.
DO NOT check in furniture items.
