About this apartment rental
Very nice and cosy renovated studio with 4 beds (5 possible) and very well equipped.
It is located on the 9th floor with lift and therefore benefits from a privileged and exceptional view of the Grande Motte Glacier.
You will find a cabin corner in the corridor with storage space and 2 bunk beds.
In the living room you will find a 140 cm double sofa bed and an additional bed integrated into a piece of furniture with plenty of storage space.
The flat is fully equipped (TV 105cm, large fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, crockery, ....)
In the bathroom/WC you will find a large bathtub, a hair dryer and a washing machine.
Sheets and towels are not included and are available as an option.
The residence is located close to all amenities: bakery, supermarket, restaurant, bar, ski pass purchase, ski rental shops, launderette... are located at about 50 meters.
A covered car park is located at about 150 m from the residence.
You can go directly and very easily on the slopes at 150 meters from the residence and return directly with your skis on.
The residence is located in the Lavachet district, near the slopes, the lake and the Val Claret district.

Great little apartment, suitable for 2 or 3 adults who are close. Possibly a couple of kids. The corridor bunk is directly next to the toilet, which has a sliding door and doesn't fit the door frame. So you should be comfortable using the toilet in the night next to someones bed, so close friends and family would be ok, privacy may be an issue otherwise. Communication was poor. And largely done through the letting agency after the initial vrbo contract. Payment was outside vrbo l and the deposit was just taken off of the card without notice. Then reversed when they were happy. No notice of that either and no replies to emails about refund no the deposit. The apartment had everything you need and it's in great location. If it was administered better I would return. The inventory list of literally everything in the apartment from no. Of spoons to coat hooks and picture frames, which need completing was tedious and annoying. It is in place clearly to avoid the agency having to do it or clean the property which is down to the tenant otherwise deposits may be withheld.

Exactly as described - the apartment was so clean, vey well equipped and located in a great position. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great communication with the owners. I will be staying again!

…and I’ve rented a few. I knew exactly where the apartment was situated as I’ve been to Tignes many times. Ski-in down a track behind Lavachet commercial centre to within 50m then ski out down track to the Paquis/Chaudanne lifts wthin 150m.Check-in easy with keybox, clean, smart, very well equipped apartment, great for 1/2 people, cozy for 3/4. Nice small bath/shower, great induction hob (never used the oven) plus microwave. The homely decor really makes a difference from the usual stark, dated French ski apartment thing. Quality crockery/cutlery/utensils. Beautiful views from 9th floor plus balcony with table/chairs. I will be back!
