About this house rental
All new furnishing throughout in an upscale coastal inviting decor. Our kitchens stainless steel appliances, coffee and espresso machine with milk steamer, waffle maker, toaster mixer, tea pot, pot and pans, food containers, 12 person dinning set. Dinning area have nice 8 piece dinning table set overlooking pool. One of the corner of the house has little office space with queen sleeper sofa and computer desk. Living room has comfortable sectional sofa which also converts to queen bed if needed. We also bought for our guests TV and Xbox and some table games. All ours beds, mattresses, bedding lines are new and comfortable. Bathrooms has Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion, White Towels, Hair Dryer and Iron. Our outdoor area is beautiful with nice stylish looking sectional and coffee table, chairs, chaise lounge chairs Grill, pool floats, and Basketball hoop game. We have 4 beach chairs to use for our guests. There is water park with slides just 5 mins. way. You are very welcome to stay at our house and we are super exited to host your stay.

No complaints. The house is large and nicely set up. The house was clean inside, no ants as another review said. Host responded quickly to messages. Dubz BBQ in north port was delish. Took about 1/2 hour to get to Caspersen Beach, found lots of shark teeth. A couple tips: If you plan on using the pool, open the Flow valve behind the pool heater (IMPORTANT!) and turn it up the moment you get there. Took a bit to heat up and was even a little chilly then for my taste. I swept up around the pool area because it was a bit dirty from the elements. Didn’t want to track dirt into pool. The tap water is not usable for drinking or ice for drinks. Get bottled water. Buy toilet paper if you have a large group. Couldn’t find the remote for the master bedroom TV. Not hosts fault, someone must’ve taken it?

We came down for Spring Training and some beach time. Very clean, bright and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and lanai. Host was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Wife & I were visiting friends that had move to North Port in September.
Mostly @ house for sleeping, cleaning up, & mornings.
Bed was very comfortable, coffee maker great, house was exceptionally clean & comfortable.
We would have to find a heck of a bargain next time in town to even consider another property.
Thank You for having such a relaxing and comfortable home.

Property was as described with a host who communicated well and cared about our experience.
Home is very spacious with a lovely family room area with large tv and high quality service. Couch is very comfortable and spacious.
Master bath & bedroom area is spacious and comfortable - large closet space.
Pool area is well equipped and clean - such a lovely space to relax and swim.
Kitchen and laundry room had newer appliances with pans and dishes provided - everything worked great.
We would stay again if in the area.
