Nice apartment room with sufficient amenities. Saw many guests complaining the check-in process. Actually it was quite convenient if get used to the system. Did not have difficulties in check-in if pre-registration was completed before arrival. If have any difficulties, the staff would help via the pad’s camera.

I’ve stayed here multiple times while visiting Okinawa and it’s always a wonderful stay. Clean, safe and close to everything!

Parking was available even in the evening. Checkin was cumbersome but with aid of the employee (he leaves at 6 pm), I was able to check in smoothly. spacious, large fridge, nice view from the room. No coffee or tea. You need to bring your own.

This is one of the best places to stay in Chatan. The view is amazing especially on a Friday night when the fireworks are over American Village. The location is fantastic and walking distance to American Village. The staff were exceptional! Very helpful and friendly. The room was a de ent size with washer and dryer in the room. The TV’s are huge as well. The room was very clean and well stocked. You can not go wrong staying here.
